Role Overview

As a Global Recruiter, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing to onboarding—while leveraging AI-powered tools to improve speed, quality, and candidate experience. You'll work closely with internal teams and clients to identify hiring needs, attract top-tier talent, and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process across regions and time zones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle international recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding)

  • Partner with clients and hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles

  • Source candidates using job boards, social platforms, ATS tools, proactive outreach, and AI-assisted sourcing tools

  • Use AI tools to support resume screening, candidate matching, outreach optimization, and pipeline management

  • Conduct candidate assessments and initial interviews

  • Coordinate and schedule client interviews; collect feedback and manage offer processes

  • Maintain accurate recruitment data, pipelines, and hiring dashboards

  • Ensure compliance with international hiring standards and labor regulations

  • Build and nurture talent pipelines for recurring and future roles

  • Continuously optimize recruitment processes using automation and data insights

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle international recruitment

  • Strong understanding of global sourcing strategies and candidate evaluation

  • Experience recruiting across multiple industries and role types

  • Working knowledge of AI tools in recruitment (e.g., AI resume screening, sourcing tools, automation, ATS enhancements)

  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, JobStreet, Indeed, and ATS platforms

  • Excellent communication skills and cultural awareness when recruiting globally

  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously

  • Comfortable working remotely across multiple time zones

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience implementing or improving AI-assisted hiring workflows

  • Familiarity with recruitment analytics and performance metrics

  • Background in recruiting virtual assistants or offshore talent
