Role Overview
As a Global Recruiter, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing to onboarding—while leveraging AI-powered tools to improve speed, quality, and candidate experience. You'll work closely with internal teams and clients to identify hiring needs, attract top-tier talent, and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process across regions and time zones.
Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle international recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding)

Partner with clients and hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles

Source candidates using job boards, social platforms, ATS tools, proactive outreach, and AI-assisted sourcing tools

Use AI tools to support resume screening, candidate matching, outreach optimization, and pipeline management

Conduct candidate assessments and initial interviews

Coordinate and schedule client interviews; collect feedback and manage offer processes

Maintain accurate recruitment data, pipelines, and hiring dashboards

Ensure compliance with international hiring standards and labor regulations

Build and nurture talent pipelines for recurring and future roles

Continuously optimize recruitment processes using automation and data insights
Qualifications

3+ years of experience in full-cycle international recruitment

Strong understanding of global sourcing strategies and candidate evaluation

Experience recruiting across multiple industries and role types

Working knowledge of AI tools in recruitment (e.g., AI resume screening, sourcing tools, automation, ATS enhancements)

Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, JobStreet, Indeed, and ATS platforms

Excellent communication skills and cultural awareness when recruiting globally

Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously

Comfortable working remotely across multiple time zones
