We are expanding our marketing function and are seeking an experienced Marketing Lead to lead strategy, execution, and performance across internal and client-facing initiatives.

Role Overview

As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end marketing strategies that support business objectives. You will oversee campaigns across multiple channels, manage cross-functional contributors, and ensure consistent, data-driven delivery of results.

This role requires a strategic thinker who is also hands-on, highly organized, and comfortable leading marketing efforts in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business and client goals

  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across digital channels (social media, email, paid ads, content, etc.)

  • Build marketing roadmaps, funnels, and content plans tailored to different audiences

  • Monitor industry trends and proactively recommend improvements and innovations

Performance & Analytics

  • Track and analyze KPIs including engagement, leads, conversions, CAC, and ROI

  • Use data insights to refine strategies and improve campaign performance

  • Prepare clear, actionable performance reports and recommendations

Team & Project Oversight

  • Manage and delegate work to virtual assistants, creatives, and contractors

  • Oversee content calendars, copy, and creative assets from concept to delivery

  • Ensure brand consistency, quality control, and timely execution across all outputs

Stakeholder & Client Collaboration (where applicable)

  • Present marketing plans, progress updates, and results to stakeholders or clients

  • Translate business goals into practical, measurable marketing actions

  • Guide stakeholders through insights, performance outcomes, and next steps

Qualifications & Experience

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar leadership role

  • Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns end-to-end

  • Strong understanding of marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, email marketing tools, analytics dashboards, design tools)

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

  • Excellent communication, planning, and leadership skills

Preferred:

  • Experience working in agency, consulting, or virtual team environments

  • Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM systems, or funnel-building tools

  • Exposure to diverse industries such as professional services, e-commerce, or coaching
