Marketing Manager (Strategy + Execution)

Role Overview

We are seeking a data-driven Marketing Manager who can both lead marketing strategy and execute day-to-day marketing activities. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on implementation across social media, content marketing, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate operates with a 'batteries-included' mindset—someone who can independently identify opportunities, propose strategies, execute campaigns, and measure outcomes without constant direction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with company growth goals
  • Analyze marketing performance using KPIs such as CAC, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value
  • Manage and execute social media marketing, especially LinkedIn
  • Produce and distribute marketing content across platforms
  • Engage with audiences through comments, discussions, and social selling
  • Collaborate with the existing paid ads specialist to align messaging and campaigns
  • Identify and test new marketing channels and platforms
  • Develop blog, LinkedIn, and thought‑leadership content
  • Develop podcast topic strategies and prepare outlines for episodes
  • Present performance insights and recommendations to leadership
