Role Overview
We are seeking a data-driven Marketing Manager who can both lead marketing strategy and execute day-to-day marketing activities. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on implementation across social media, content marketing, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate operates with a 'batteries-included' mindset—someone who can independently identify opportunities, propose strategies, execute campaigns, and measure outcomes without constant direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with company growth goals
- Analyze marketing performance using KPIs such as CAC, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value
- Manage and execute social media marketing, especially LinkedIn
- Produce and distribute marketing content across platforms
- Engage with audiences through comments, discussions, and social selling
- Collaborate with the existing paid ads specialist to align messaging and campaigns
- Identify and test new marketing channels and platforms
- Develop blog, LinkedIn, and thought‑leadership content
- Develop podcast topic strategies and prepare outlines for episodes
- Present performance insights and recommendations to leadership
