About This Role

You design and build the automated systems that make our clients' businesses run without constant human intervention. You are an architect — you see the whole system, identify what should be automated, and build it. You integrate AI APIs into production workflows and create tools that non-technical operators can use confidently.

What You Will Do

• Design end-to-end automation workflows using Make (Integromat), Go High Level, Zapier, or n8n
• Integrate AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini) into client automation pipelines
• Build automated lead capture, CRM management, reporting, and notification systems
• Create internal tools and templates that the operations team uses daily
• Document every automation with clear diagrams and plain-language explanations
• Train non-technical team members on the systems you build
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously optimize automations for reliability

What We Are Looking For

• You have built automation workflows that are running in production right now
• Deep experience with at least two of: Make, Go High Level, Zapier, n8n
• Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, JSON, and data mapping
• You have connected AI APIs to automation tools — not just played with them
• You think in systems: inputs, processes, outputs, error handling, edge cases
• Strong documentation and communication skills — you build for others, not just yourself
• 3+ years in automation, integration, or technical operations

How We Will Evaluate You

Live challenge: given a client scenario (e.g., leads from Facebook Ads need to be scored, routed, and nurtured automatically), diagram the complete workflow and explain each decision. No coding required in the challenge — we want to see how you think about systems.
